My luch for the day was just what the headline says, And this is how it goes,
So find some vegetables to go with this I found some lettice and qucumber. I'm starting to think that I am more healthy now when I'm broke then when I actually had money. Anyways I've spiced my vegetables with some Aromat wich is a Salty swedish spice that you can also find in ASDA.

I've then made some potato slices and onions wich has been lying in sesam oil, salt, pepar and some chilli in the oven for half an hour.

Then just slice some sauseges and fry them and viola, you got yourself a pritty nice, and in my case free lunch!
