Pure Loser!
I've joined the gym and started in this weight loss course. 
It was £15 and it lasts for 6 weeks.
Each week we get weighed in and we talk about how the week has been and what we can try to make it better. 
 
I started last week at 75.5kg and 40,3% body fat.
 
This week I weighed 74.6kg

To be honest with you it's really hard, but I've met a girl that keeps me motivated and today we're going to a gym class together. My legs are still sore after the work out that we had on Mondag at the meeting with our personal trainers. But hey, they say that if you're sore you should work out more, right? Besides I've had 2 days of the gym now so need to get back on it if I want to keep loosing weight. 
 
My goal after theese 6 weeks is to loos about 6kg in total, and be able to run 5k without stoping. 
When summer comes though I want to have a healthy body fat level, which is between 21% and 33% procent and I want to have lost 10kg.
 
But one day at the time, 
 
As my personal trainer says, Baby steps.
