As you might know by now I'm going to the gym 5-6 times a week not only to loose weight but also because I think it's fun.

But as i'm getting more fit the numbers on the scale are getting higher. I've there for decided to try a diet and in this case a soup diet.

It's really simple I can eat all the fruts that I want as much as I want and for the three main meals a day I'm gonna have non cream based soup.

So fruit three times a day and Soup three times a day. And on top of that still have my hour workout a day.

For anyone out there that is trying to loose weight for the summer, I will let you know if it works
